Kusatsu Estopia Hotel

awesome staff were friendly helpful and the location is just near Kusatsu station. it takes 15 mins to get to Kyoto on the local JR line. stayed out of the maddening crowds and were one of the locals. well almost no tourists here so I stood out well and truly. loved this hotel will come pack.

Parking was close to the hotel and easy to navigate. Having to have the ticket validated every day was an annoyance but other than that, it was easy. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here to explore the Lake Biwa area.
